Woman Struck, Critically Hurt In Nassau Crash: Police
The 17-year-old driver remained at the scene of Monday afternoon's crash, police said.
WANTAGH, NY — A 60-year-old woman is in critical condition after getting struck by a car in Wantagh on Monday afternoon, police said.
The victim was attempting to cross Wantagh Avenue at Laurel Lane when she was hit by a 2015 Honda driven by a 17-year-old girl, authorities said.
The 60-year-old woman suffered serious injuries. The driver remained at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
