Directed by Miri Navasky, Maeve O’Boyle and Karen O'Connor, the film promises to be an intimate portrait of the famous singer, an icon of the 1960's folk and protest scene.
The film follows her during her final 2018 farewell tour, and features the artist reflecting on her storied, eventful life so far and sees to reconcile her public, private and secret lives.

Baez famously performed "We Shall Overcome" at the March on Washington, had a romantic relationship with fellow folkster and village resident Bob Dylan and was on the cover of Time magazine at just 21-years-old.
"Whether you’ve followed her career for decades or are just now discovering [Baez], the life under scrutiny is undeniably impressive and ceaselessly engaging,” said Todd McCarthy in a review for Deadline.
'When, toward the end, you behold Baez at long last hanging things up after a lifetime of creativity, innumerable accolades, involvement with countless productive and talented people and exposure to worldly experiences the likes of which most people will never have, you have a strong sense of what life can be like for a famous and talented artist," writes McCarthy.
The Oct. 6 screening is already sold out, but tickets are still available for the Oct. 7 Q&A.
