Good morning, Westhampton and Hampton Bays area residents and visitors. Here’s a look at what’s happening on Thursday:

— Today is expected bring sunny skies. Weather.com predicts temps will reach 74 degrees with a 0 percent chance of rain.

— Participate in our new road rage blog. Know of an intersection around town that deserves a stop sign? Is there a pothole that should be filled immediately? Are you infuriated with that red-light camera ticket? Get it off your chest by clicking here

— The Westhampton Beach School District is holding an open house at 6:00 p.m. for all elementary school parents. 

— Meet some of most magnificent local residents – including the mighty Screech Owl at the Quogue Library at 1 p.m. through a program at the Westhampton Free Library. Pre-registration is required. 

—  At 6:45 p.m Adventure Paddleboards is hosting a sunset/full moon paddle for all age groups. The cost is $50 per person. Meet at the Inn Spot on the Bay in Hampton Bays. 

— Sheree Elder, a unique singer-songwriter and musician who graduated Westhampton Beach Schools, will give a free performance at the Westhampton Free Library at 7:30 p.m.
