The Homegrown String Band
— On Nov. 3 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Homegrown String Band, a family-band will perform.
Finding Love in Time for the Holidays: It’s Not Too Late…
— On Nov. 6 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., motivational speaker Constance Hallinan Lagan will talk about finding love in time for the holidays.
Alphabet Soup: Medicare ABC & D’s
— On Nov. 6, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Vanie Tuthill of Amethyst East Group will discuss possible costs, choices, changes, and benefits, and answer any questions you may have, on Medicare, Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage plans and the key points of plan selection.
What’s it like to be a Woman in the Military?
— On Nov.7 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Jennifer Scorey-Vogt will discuss her 10 years in the Army National Guard. She was deployed to Iraq in 2005 and her most recent assignment was working with a team that trained soldiers for overseas deployment. She will share photos from Iraq and her experiences as a female in the military.
Cooking with Craig
— On Nov. 12 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Block Island Seafood Company is will demonstrate their Manhattan Seafood Chowder and their version of Lobster Newburg pasta. There is a non-refundable $5 materials fee for this program.
Laughter Wellness Series
— On Nov. 12 and 19 from 11:00 a.m. to noon, join Beth Bongar, the Laughing Diva, as she returns for a joyful exercise series using breath, movement and sound to achieve both health and harmony.
Crochet Circle
— On Nov. 13 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. join a guest crochet aficionado who will explain her expertise for possible future classes.
Ayurveda Workshop
On Nov. 14, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Susan Semerade, yoga teacher and ayurvedic practitioner will lead a two-hour workshop where you can gain an understanding of your genetic make-up, your physical, emotional and mental behaviors and learn a simple natural approach to diet, health and well-being.
Knitting with Arlene Primavera— On Nov. 18 and Nov. 25, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. learn to knit some winter items.
Healthy Fall Cooking
— On Nov. 20, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., cardiac nurse practitioner and health coach Jenny Lowenthal will demonstrate a variety of easy-to-prepare dishes to nourish your body. There is no fee for this program.

— On Nov. 21 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.Marisella Villano, BS, MS, CFT, and founder of MARVIL FIT will provide a lesson in boot camp exercises.
Breaking Through Barriers: An Experiential Workshop for the Creative Spirit
— On Nov. 23, from noon to 3 p.m., Pola Rapaport will speak about managing situations from the past and present and move beyond obstacles to fulfill your creative expression. Her workshops have been attended by filmmakers, actors, artists, producers, musicians, entrepreneurs, writers, and the like.
“Do Your Own Thing” Bus Trip to NYC
— On Nov. 13 take a do-you-own thing trip to New York City. The McCarney Tours bus will leave from the rear of The Church of St. Rosalie’s parking lot at 9:30 am with a drop off at Bryant Park. Pickup is at 6:00 p.m. at Bryant Park. Non-refundable tickets are $23.00 each; payment is due at registration.
Radio City Christmas Spectacular
— On Nov. 22 take a trip to see the Rocketts at Radio City Music Hall. The North Fork Express bus will depart in the rear of St. Rosalie’s parking lot at 9:30 a.m. for the 2:00 pm show. Non-refundable tickets are $70.00 each; payment is due at registration.
