Truck Takes Main Street Power Line Down
LIPA crews have moved the line, but power is still out at some Main Street businesses.

A large power line went down on Main Street in Westhampton Beach late Thursday after a tractor-trailer, heading westbound to Waldbaums, clipped it.
According to police, the line was already low-lying from Hurricane Sandy and the impact of the truck hitting it, tore it out of a building, tossing it across Main Street.
Debris from the building, police said, landed on a 2011 jeep, damaging the passenger side window.
