- A Southampton man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated in Hampton Bays Wednesday night. Luis PerezMiguel, 24, was seen driving on Montauk Highway without headlights after dark. (Patch)
- Riverhead's annual holiday parade and bonfire has been postponed again due to weather. The new date is Sunday, Dec. 19. (Patch)
- A Coram man, Derrick Dixon, was arrested after he tried to steal a laptop from a woman sitting in her vehicle in the Riverhead Walmart parking lot on Old Country Road. (Patch)
- Riverhead Police identified a man killed in Wednesday's crash at the intersection of Reeves and Horton avenues in Riverhead: 85-year-old Patrick Welby of Calverton. (RiverheadLOCAL)
