Woman Caught With Crack Pipe at Bus Stop

The woman also had two baggies of crack, police said.

A Riverhead woman was busted Saturday after police said she was caught with a crack pipe, and baggies of crack, at a Riverside bus stop.

According to Southampton Town police, the woman, 44, was seen sitting with a crack pipe in her hand at 8:23 p.m. at a Flanders Road bus stop.

Police said the woman was found to have two baggies of crack cocaine. She was arrested and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor. 

She was taken to police headquarters for processing, and held for morning arraignment.
