That's a pretty wide ranging skill set and one would think such a job may pay handsomely. But think again.

According to a national job site, West Islip nannies start at about $28,000. A nanny personal assistant makes a bit less, $26,000 and after-school nannies pay starts at about $24,000, according to Indeed.com
