The next film in the International Film Festival at the West Islip Library will be shown on Tuesday, October 15. The featured flick is Lore (2012, German): In the last days of WW2, Lore leads her siblings on a journey across Germany that exposes them to the truth of their parent's beliefs. An encounter with a mysterious refugee forces Lore to rely on a person she has always been taught to hate. The film time is 6:30 p.m. Refreshment will be served.
