Habitat for Humanity Club's 5K Santa Run 12/14/2014 9AM

On December 14th, we have something fun for you and your whole family to do. Come down to Connetquot High School in Bohemia at 9AM. The Connetquot Habitiat for Humanity Club is holding their fourth annual 5K Santa Fun Run.The event is being held as a fundraiser for the Suffolk County Habitat for Humanity Chapter. All proceeds raised will go to Suffolk County Habitat for Humanity, which helps build homes for families in need. There are prizes being given to all age groups as well as First, Second, and Third place winners over all. All are welcome. The event kicks off with a fun run for the kids at 9AM followed by the 5K starting at 9:30. There will be exhibitions by many of the school clubs, and food and drink will be available to all participants.

The Habitat for Humanity Club is made up of over 200 very dedicated students who are working to help out the people in their community. If you are community minded and want to help those in need, this is the event for you. Come on down, enjoy a run, have a snack, and help those who need your help.
