Patch is used to back-to-school sales in late August and even Christmas decorations hitting before Black Friday, but Halloween decor in early September? The 99 cents store in West Islip on Union Boulevard clearly thinks it's not too early as its outside display last week boasted lots of Halloween decor and decorations.
