West Islip fell to 3-3 on the season as the varsity baseball team lost at home to Smithtown West 11-1 on Tuesday. Peter Byrnes pitched six shutout innings for the Bulls. Joe Broderick took the loss for the Lions.  On the season, West Islip has wins against Smithtown West, Central Islip and Half Hollow Hills East.
