Suffolk County Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man accused of stealing a generator from Lowe's Home Improvement on January 8. The man, pictured on the right, left the Bay Shore store with the generator at approximately 4 p.m. that day, according to police. He fled the parking lot in a dark-colored pick-up truck. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential, police said. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information hat leads to an arrest.
