Happening Tuesday at the West Islip Public Library:   Medicare Educational Seminar 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Christopher Demers, a local Empire Blue Cross, Blue Shield Medicare representative will lead the discussion. The seminar is open for those on Medicare or who are new to the program. Demers will also take questions from the audience.   Parent &amp; Child Yoga Ages 18 months - Pre-Kindergarten 6:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. This class is geared toward toddlers and caregivers.   For more information call 661-7080.
