Rob Scott returns to West Islip Library Tuesday evening for night of cooking with seasonal ingredients.
Scott will hold a cooking demonstration featuring three dishes which participants can try. He'll also share additional spring-inspired recipes to try at home.
The class begins at 7 p.m. There is a $5 materials fee.
