Toddlers and their parents can enjoy Story Time for Tots at 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the library. The West Islip Public Library is hosting an art workshop for kids in Kndergarten through sixth grade tonight at 4:30 p.m. in Room A. Parents can bring their children ages 18 months through pre-kindergarten to the library at 6:30 p.m. for a pint-sized yoga class. Also at the library, Author John Lanza will discuss his book, Shot Down Over Italy, which tells the story of a seven-man crew aboard a B-25 bomber shot down during World War II in Nazi-occupied Italy. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and autographing.
