West Islip Native Returns to "Jeopardy!" in Tournament of Champions

Dan McShane will compete against fellow past winners later this month.

Dan McShane will once again grace televisions across the nation in pursuit of another Jeopardy! title.

The West Islip native and St. Anthony's alum, who last year, returns to the trivia show later this month to compete for the Tournament of Champions title.

The 25-year-old will compete 14 fellow returning champs for a $250,000 grand prize in the tournament, which will air over two weeks beginning Feb. 13.

Upon learning he qualified for the tournament, McShane immediately began brushing up on his trivia, according to Newsday. “You have to think more,” he told the paper. “It’s a lot more obscure knowledge and you’re playing against much better opponents."

Fans can cheer on McShane at 7 p.m. on ABC.
