2 Mall Employees Charged With Petit Larceny
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

White Plains Police arrested two employees at Friday after their managers reported that they had been stealing money while working behind the register.
A 20-year-old White Plains man was caught on surveillance video removing $310 from the deposit bag at and leaving the store, his manager told police. He was arrested at about 2 p.m., charged with misdemeanor petit larceny and held for court.
The manager at at The Galleria ran into a similar situation while looking through surveillance video at about 2 p.m., according to arrest reports. The store manager told police a male employee from Port Chester was conducting fraudulent refunds, cancelled sales and pocketing money from transactions from March 23 to May 15.

In total, the manager believes the now former employee took $611.
The suspect was also charged with petit larceny and held for court the following day.
