ArtsWestchester Displays "Freedomland"
Artwork by Constance Manna pays homage to the Bronx American history theme park from the early 1960s.

The Arts Exchange exhibition of 115 works by 46 area artists has opened at the ArtsWestchester (31 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains) gallery. The exhibit is on view through Sunday, April 13.
On its website, ArtsWestchester explains that the organization believes that artists are often keen observers of their time and place, creating artworks that respond to the challenges and triumphs of the moment, illuminate complex issues and inspire dialog around current local and global events. Through a call for art, ArtsWestchester provides artists with a public platform for the local creative economy.
Constance Manna is among the artists featured in the spotlight at the Arts Exchange. “Freedomland,” which pays homage to the early 1960s American history theme park in the Bronx, is one of Manna’s three works on display at the exhibition.
