The following arrest report was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

An argument between a married couple in a North Broadway home that turned physical landed a White Plains man in jail facing assault and child endangerment charges, police say.
The 28-year-old man's wife told police the argument started in their shared apartment at about 10 p.m. on May 18. According to police, the wife said a verbal argument escalated to the couple throwing the remote control at each other and then to the man choking her and taking her phone as she tried to call police.
When the woman tried to stop her husband from leaving the apartment with her cell phone, police say the man hit her in the chin, knocking her into a wall. The man eventually threw the phone on the ground before leaving, police say, and his wife called police.
