City Of White Plains Publishes Tropical Storm Henri Update For August 23

August 23, 2021

The City is recovering from the effects of Henri. Garbage pick-up is proceeding on the normal schedule. The Library is open for its regular hours, 10 am - 9 pm. Parks are open, but pools & tennis courts remain closed today. The Community Center will be closed until further notice.

All roads are open, including those around the North White Plains Train Station, with the exception of Armory Hill (near Paulding St).
