Despite Bar From Complex, City Man Busted With Drugs, Police Say
The following arrest report was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

After being banned from City public housing in February, a White Plains man was arrested Tuesday after police say they found him standing in the lobby of a complex on S. Lexington Ave. with crack-cocaine in his pocket.
Police were responding to another incident at the complex at 135 S. Lexington Ave. at about 7:40 p.m. when they spotted the 43-year-old in the lobby wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. Police report recognizing the man from previous incidents.
After stopping the man, police say they found three clear bags containing a white powdery substance believed to be crack-cocaine in his pocket.

Police charged the man with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal trespass, both misdemeanors.
He was held for court the following day.
