Hastings Resident Accused of Sexually Assaulting Children at Sleepover
Angel Rosale Cruz, a 31-year-old old Hastings-on-Hudson man, was arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with two female residents, under the age of 11, over the weekend.

Two Hastings-on-Hudson children, under the age of 11-years-old, were sexually assaulted between May 11 and May 12 while at a sleepover at one of the victim’s home, police said.
The mother of a victim reported to police on May 12 at 6:09 p.m. that her daughter was abused in her home the prior evening. During their investigation, police found that the second victim was at a sleepover at the first victim’s home when a 31-year-old male, who lives at the residence and is “acquainted with” the mother of the victim, entered the daughter’s room and allegedly forced the two children into having sexual contact.
Angel Rosales Cruz was arrested at the home and charged with two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, a class D felony. He is being held pending his arraignment in village court Monday.
