I-287 Driver With BAC Of .22 Percent Now Faces Felony Charges: NYSP
During processing, troopers discovered the White Plains man had three previous DWI convictions within the past 10 years.

GREENBURGH, NY — A Westchester man is now facing a slew of charges after an especially egregious drunken driving incident this weekend.
On Sunday, at 10:23 p.m., a trooper stopped a 2007 Toyota Sienna on I-287 eastbound, in the Town of Greenburgh.
While troopers were speaking with the driver, who was identified as 40-year-old Hector O. Jueladeleg, of White Plains, they noticed telltale indicators of intoxication. Standardized field sobriety tests were administered which Jueladeleg failed, according to troopers.

Jueladeleg was placed into custody for DWI and transported to SP Tarrytown for processing. He consented to a breath test which resulted in a 0.22 percent BAC.
During processing, troopers discovered that Jueladeleg had three previous DWI convictions within the past 10 years.

Jueladeleg was processed for felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, and aggravated unlicensed operation with a permanent license revocation. Jueladeleg was issued an appearance ticket to return to Greenburgh Town Court on April 24.
