Unable to attend New York's iconic Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, children at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital enjoyed a mini parade right in the hospital, thanks to the generosity of a local family.

Colorful balloons and familiar parade characters filled the hospital's halls on Tuesday morning, bringing smiles to the faces of children and their families in advance of the Thanksgiving holiday. This special event provided a much-needed dose of holiday magic and joy.

Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital is the children’s hospital for New York’s Hudson Valley region and Fairfield County, Connecticut. Located in Valhalla, NY, this 136-bed advanced pediatrics facility cares for the region’s most seriously ill and injured children.
