Musical Fun, Salary Negotiation Tips and Father-in-Law Day

1.) Moving to the Beat with Robert the Guitar Guy
The White Plains Library is hosting a session of songs and activities with Robert Markowitz  this morning from 11 am. to 11:45 a.m. The event is for children ages 3 and up with a caregiver. 2.) Magic and Musical Fun Scheduled Tonight in White Plains
The Blair Magic show is performing at George Washington Elementary School, located at 100 Orchard St. in White Plains, and the T-Bone Family Fun Concert is taking place at Druss Park, located off South Lexington Avenue, tonight at 7 p.m. The events are part of the White Plains recreation department's "Neighborhood Nights" program. 

3.) Start Smart Salary Negotiation Workshop

This free event, which takes place today from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the YWCA of White Plains and Central Westchester, is designed to give students and young professionals - especially women - the skills needed to earn fair compensation. The workshop is being organized by the Westchester Chapter of the American Association of University Women. Tuesday's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service, calls for sunny skies with a high near 81. Winds will be out of the northwest 5 to 8 mph. It will be mostly clear Tuesday night with a low around 64.
