Police Accuse Greenburgh Man of Coke Possession

The following arrest report was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

A 44-year-old Greenburgh man faces misdemeanor charges after White Plains Police say they caught him carrying about 500 milligrams of cocaine.

Stephen Davis, of 29 Manitou Trail, was arrested at about 7 p.m. on Jan. 20 after police say they found him to be in possession of the cocaine near the intersection of Post Road and Brookfield Street in White Plains.

Davis was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance—a misdemeanor—and released.

He is due in court Feb. 9.
