Police: Woman Arrested After Stealing Earrings
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
A 25-year-old woman from Paterson, NJ, faces a misdemeanor petit larceny charge after police say the tried to steal a pair of earrings from in White Plains.
Store security told police they saw the woman place the $69 earrings in her pants pocket and walk out of the main entrance at about 6:50 p.m Monday. Police arrested the woman and transporter her to headquarters where she was charged.
She was realesed on $500 bail pending a court date the following day.
