Spring Has Sprung in White Plains [PHOTOS]
People who live and work in White Plains took to benches and parks and cafés on Tuesday, the first 80 degree day of the year.
Parents and babies, business owners, job-seekers, break-takers—a range of folks were found basking in the sun on Renaissance Plaza in White Plains Tuesday.
They relaxed for a few minutes or longer—enjoying the first day in 2013 to break 80 degrees.
Wednesday's forecast is slated for similar temperatures, though a few isolated showers could break up the sun. There's a 30 percent chance of thunderstorms for the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
