Teens Charged During Gathering in Abandoned Building

The following arrest report was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

Four teens police say were caught gathering in an abandoned building this weekend face misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass.

Police received reports that teenagers were loitering inside a building at 59 S. Broadway at about 10:03 p.m. Friday. Police blocked the exits of the building and walked in to find four teenagers in the building, arrest reports say.

All of the teenagers—ages 16, 17, 18 and 19—are from White Plains.

Police arrested the teens and transported them to police headquarters, they were released on $250 bail.

The teens are due in court June 28.
