The White Plains Parking Department has a New Home


The administrative offices of the White Plains Parking Department have relocated from South Broadway location and are currently being housed at the City Hall Annex on 255 Main Street.

Payments for tickets, parking permit sales, and general customer service will stay take place at individual parking garage offices.

Tow releases, handicapped permits and parking summons adjudication and payment will continue to be handled at the Parking Violations Bureau at 77 South Lexington Ave.
