A tractor-trailer that overturned on I-287 east early Monday morning is still sprawled out on the grass adjacent to the Exit 5 ramp, but traffic on the roadway has picked up.
The truck was cordoned off with orange traffic cones as of 9:45 a.m., and the congestion on the highway has lessened.
