WHITE PLAINS, NY — The ballots are in and voters have decided on the 2025 budget and school board.

Here are the unofficial results.

The proposed White Plains schools spending plan of $277,965,500 passed, with 1,201 voting yes and 184 voting no.

The new budget is 4.54 percent higher than the current budget.

The tax levy is expected to be increased by 1.67 percent.

Two school board seats were up for election. Charlie Norris (966 votes) and Sheryl Brady (924 votes) were elected to those seats.
