Where: The parade begins at the White Plains Public Library on Martine Avenue.
When: Monday, May 27 at 10 a.m.
Description:
The procession will wind down Mamaroneck Avenue and Main Street,
passing by City Hall, and then turn onto North Broadway. It will end
