WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Calling all (non-sketchy) chubby chasers: A very, very fat cat named Paris is newly up for adoption at the Brooklyn Animal Resource Coalition (BARC) Shelter at Wythe Avenue and North First Street.

The female, four-year-old "dilute tortoiseshell" is currently recovering at BARC after a traumatic stint at the city shelter, and "could stand to lose a few pounds," according to her listing on BARC's website — "but please don’t tell her that or she’ll be highly offended," shelter officials plead.

"Paris loves human attention, is a fan of string toys and being brushed, and just chilling in her cat bed," her listing says.

We've contacted the shelter to find out exactly how many pounds of "big, beautiful diva" the cat's new owners would be taking home. (Because let's be honest: The average North Brooklyn rental isn't built for bundles of love in large packages, no matter how precious.) We'll update when we hear back.
