WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — The NYPD arrested two men Thursday in connection to the 2014 kidnapping and murder of Menachem Stark, a Hasidic Williamsburg developer and father of eight, bringing the number of people arrested in relation to the crime to three.

According to police, Stark, 39, was abducted by two men at about 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2014 outside 331 Rudledge St. Stark first struggled with the men, who then forced him into a light colored Dodge Caravan that fled the scene, police said.

One day later, Stark's body was found inside a dumpster at 120 Cuttermill Rd. in Great Neck, Long Island, police said.

Erskin Felix was charged by police with murder and kidnapping, while Kendall was charged with hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence.

According to The New York Post, Kendal Felix told police in 2014 that Erskin Felix recruited him to be part of the kidnapping because Stark owed Erskin Felix money. Stark reportedly suffocated in the van following his abduction.
