VIDEO: Beatles Parody Band Mocks Trump's 'Fake News'
A group called the Trump Beatles were seen dressed as the Beatles in Donald Trump wigs performing parody songs on the L train this weekend.
WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — You might have seen a decidedly more modern and cartoonish looking Beatles group on the subway this weekend. They were likely the Trump Beatles, four men who dress up as the Beatles and don President Donald Trump wigs while singing parody Beatles songs reframed to mock the president's politics.
The Trump Beatles call themselves "far better than those losers, the regular Beatles." This past weekend, they were caught on the L train singing "Fake News," a parody of "Hey Jude" about the fake news phenomenon of the Trump administration.
"Fake news, you make me mad, 'cause you're fake news, no you're not real news," the lead singer crooned. "The minute you say something that I like, you just might turn out to be real news. Fake news, real news, fake news, real news, fake news, AHHH!"
