Get boozy, watch 'Mad Max' and celebrate a book with photos of the Women's March from around the world.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — If you ever wanted to get boozy while watching Mad Max and celebrating woman power, now is the time. Nitehawk Cinema in Williamsburg is having the ultimate feminist event on March 15, where the theater will be showing Mad Max: Fury Road with Abrams Books in celebration of their new publication Why I March, a collection of photos from the Women's March from around the world.
Tickets cost $30, and Nitehawk will donate a portion of ticket sales money to National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health, The Council on American Islamic Relations and the Transgender Law Center. Abrams will donate the royalties from the sales of their book to the same organizations.
It's the latest event as part of Nitehawk's Booze & Books series. Find more information and purchase your tickets here.
