As of Sunday, Durham was being held on $25,000 cash bail, according to police records.

This attempted rape took place in the NYPD's 90th Precinct.

According to official police statistics, through May 1, major crimes in the 90th had collectively decreased about 3.5 percent compared to the same time period last year.

Sexual crimes were a different story. Rapes in the precinct doubled from 5 in the first four months of 2015, police records show, to 10 in the first four months of 2016.
