The Early Word: Meditate Brooklyn!

1. Channel your inner Buddha and join Jaya Yoga this Sunday for outdoor meditation in Prospect Park. Meet at the Bartel-Pritchard Square entrance to the park at 9 a.m. Free.

2. Sharpen up your resume at on Wednesday from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Free.

3. Father's Day is looming, so why not give the gift that keeps on growing—a tree! Donate $75 to Prospect Park and have a sapling planted on your dad's behalf. 4. Don't forget— to discuss grocery options for Windsor Terrace residents now that Key Food is closing. The gathering will include local elected officials, members of Community Board 7 and possibly representatives from Walgreens, which is slated to take over the space next year. The meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Church, located at 245 Prospect Park West.
