
1. The Department of Transportation will be repaving and repairing a portion of Park Drive in Prospect Park beginning Wednesday night, and will finish by the end of next week.
The stretch of road slated for repairs runs from Park Circle to the Ocean Avenue and Parkside Avenue entrance. Milling will take place Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Monday, and paving will begin afterwards for another three nights.

The event is divided into two parts: A free book talk and signing by author Susan Vreeland, and a trolley tour of the graves of the Tiffany family and other designers laid to permanent rest on the cemetery's grounds. Tickets are $20 for non-members, $15 for members.
