The space shuttle Enterprise soared over the Hudson River on Friday morning, swooping over the city multiple times before making its final descent into JFK. The shuttle will spend the next few weeks being de-mated from the 747 that carried it from D.C., and will be on exhibit at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum by July.
