After standing vacant for some time, the former Lonelyville Coffee location at 154 Prospect Park Southwest is getting a new tenant. , expected to open by the end of summer, will sling not only juice and coffee, but offer patrons family-friendly cruiser bikes for sale and to rent.

Tuesday:
After years of stop-work orders and financial maladies, the looming skeleton of —the condo development that never was—appears to be back on track. The head of security told Patch on Tuesday that the development recently came under new ownership and should be completed sometime next year.

Thursday:
The city's Taxi and Limousine Commission voted 6-2 (with one abstention) Thursday to approve for yellow cabs.
Friday:
The city has converted 10 public pay phones in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens into , and it may be the start to citywide Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi signal will extend 100 feet to 200 feet from each pay phone, and there will be no limits on usage or bandwidth and no charge to connect.
