15-Year-Old Girl Accused Of Forcible Touching
Police said the incident happened in May.
YORKTOWN, NY — A 15-year-old girl was accused of forcibly touching someone against that person's will.
The Yorktown Police Department said the 15-year-old was charged with juvenile delinquency. The underlying charge was forcible touching, a misdemeanor.
Police said, around 8:30 p.m. May 5, a report was received about a past incident between two juveniles.

A detective met with the victim along with her parent and started an investigation.
The victim told police that the 15-year-old forcibly touched her against her will.

On Sept. 8, the 15-year-old was processed on the charge and issued a juvenile appearance ticket.
She was released to a parent and is due to appear in the Westchester County Department of Probation Sept. 21.
