Authorities said the group stole clothing valued at more than $1,700, and Giscombe was driving the car with a license that had been revoked for operating without insurance.

The four were arrested and taken to police headquarters for processing.

Giscombe was arraigned and sent to the Westchester County Department of Corrections to return to the Yorktown Justice Court Tuesday. The other three were issued appearance tickets and were released on their own recognizance to return to court Dec. 14.
