43-Year-Old Westchester Man Left Camera To Record Victim Undressing In Bathroom: Police

The Cortlandt Manor resident was charged with felony unlawful surveillance for the purpose of sexual arousal, according to Yorktown police.

YORKTOWN, NY — A 43-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident was arrested and charged with felony second-degree unlawful surveillance for the purpose of sexual arousal, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

On August 6, police officers were assigned to investigate a suspicious incident where a Cortlandt Manor man was accused of setting up a cellphone camera with video recording capability on August 5, and recording a victim undressing in a bathroom without their consent.

After their investigation, officers were able to identify the suspect as Marco Vinicio Condo Barreto. He was arrested on August 8, and taken to Yorktown Police Department headquarters for processing.
