Andrew Falk, who is running for a seat on the new 94th New York State Assembly District has been endorsed by the Westchester County Department of Public Safety Police Benevolent Association, Inc.
"After reviewing your position on matters of great importance to our membership, we have concluded that your commitment to the law enforcement community is of tremendous importance to the people you look to serve the people of Westchester County," said Mike Hagan, Westchester County Department of Public Safety Police Benevolent Association President. "We are confident that you will be a fair, honest and effective Legislator and a friend to the Westchester County Police PBA."
Falk will be running as the Democratic candidate for the 94th State Assembly seat, which is currently held by Yorktown resident Steve Katz. Putnam Valley resident Dario Gristina is also running – he is vying for the Republican nomination for that seat.

“I am proud of the hard work and dedication of all our men and women in law enforcement and have the greatest respect for the jobs that they do to serve all of us," Falk said. "I look forward to honoring that service by representing the 94th Assembly District in Albany."
Andrew Falk lives in Patterson with his wife Amy and two children. In addition to his Patterson-based law practice, Andrew, volunteers with Putnam County Health Department’s Medical Reserve Corps, a group of citizen volunteers set to mobilize in the event of a large-scale emergency.

He coaches a Patterson Little League team, organizes a monthly food drive to the Montrose VA Hospital’s Food Pantry. He is training to swim across the Hudson River, from Newburgh to Beacon, on July 21 to support the Riverpool charity, and Falk is also an active Freemason who loves to hike throughout the Hudson Valley.
