Don't Miss: The 98th Yorktown Grange Fair Is In 2 Weeks
Check out the shows, the contests and competitions, eat some fair fare and don't forget to ride the ferris wheel.

YORKTOWN, NY — The Yorktown Grange Fair returns Sept. 9, 10, and 11 for its 98th year, and it promises day- and nighttime activities that will be fun for the whole family.
The littles love the livestock show, the Lego show and the tractor parade. Teens get a kick out of the rides and games. Adults may enjoy checking out the contest entries — flowers, art, baking, photography and more — you can truly spend hours appreciating the hard work of neighbors and community members.
The whole family will appreciate the competitions. Try your hand at nail driving or throwing rubber chickens or the tipsy waiter challenge — or just watch the brave and foolhearty!

Spending the day at the Fair wouldn’t be complete without classic fair food, and there will be a wide variety of vendors with seasoned curly fries, tacos, gyros, hot dogs and more. Grab fresh baked goods from Bab’s Baking. Hopwood Handles will be on site with craft beers.
The fair will host kid friendly shows from Overhill Shenanigans (Saturday at 11am) and Kurt Gallagher (Sunday at 11am).

Music on the main stage will include the ultimate party band, The Happy Crabs on Friday evening and Billy Joel fans will love River of Dreams Saturday evening.
The fair also presents the Central Park sensation, nxtime at 3 p.m. Saturday and, for classic rock lovers, the Keith “Bam Bam” Michaels All-Star Jam Band on Sunday at 1:30 p.m.
Don't forget the rides.
The Grange Fair continues to be family-friendly-affordable. Admission is $10 per carload or $5 for single riders or walk-ins. Kids under the age of 2 are always free. All the concerts, parade, shows, and contests are included in the price of admission. Special prices for ride wristbands allow you and your kids to tilt, twirl, and whirl around all day.
The Grange Society wants everyone in the community to be able to appreciate the Fair, so if you or a family member have sensory issues, the first hour of the Fair each day is quiet hour.
The Yorktown Grange Fairgrounds are at 99 Moseman Road, Yorktown Heights, NY. For more information and a full schedule visit www.yorktowngrangefair.org.
