Pure Physique personal training studio in Shrub Oak will celebrate its 4-year anniversary on Jan. 24.
As part of the celebration they are putting on the Pure Physique Fitness Challenge starting that same day. The PPFC is a 12-Week Body Transformation Contest for clients of Pure Physique. Contestants will earn points for fat-loss (not weight loss) and gaining muscle, competitng for both individual and team prizes.
The contest is also being sponsored by other local businesses such as Atlantic Appliance who is giving the individual grand prize winner a 32" LCD tv, THYME restraunt will be hosting a dinner for the winning team, Bring Balance 2U will be hosting a cooking class for the winning team and 212 Nutrition is also donating nutrition consultations.
