3. Ball "Orders" Letters to the Editor?

In an article in the Journal News, the paper says Senator Greg Ball allegedly ordered his staff to send letters to the editor to the press, but he unknowingly copied the Journal News to that email. Click here to read the story.

4. Rockin’ Red Carpet Night

The Paramount Center for the Arts is holding a fundraising gala with the band Foreigner on Saturday, Sept. 15. PCA will pay tribute to its board of trustees honoree Entergy and its founder’s Award recipient Joan Johansen. There will be a pre-concert dinner and post-concert festivities at 12 Grapes.
